The Workplace app offers you all the common features of a file manager allowing you to manage your files and folders easily with a smartphone. Folders can be created and renamed, documents displayed, opened for editing, copied, sent as e-mail or even printed.

View files without downloading them

Cortado Workplace for Symbian smartphones offers a preview feature, allowing users to preview files without having to download them. A preview picture file that is true to the original is generated on the server and can be zoomed and browsed when containing more than one page – with the advantage that compared to the original it is highly compressed and thus data-minimized resulting in a faster preview and less data traffic.

Cloud Printing: Print directly to nearly any printer, without turning on a PC (Cloud Printing)

Print documents from your Symbian smartphone to the nearest printer. Nearly any printer can be used that is reachable via Wi-Fi. To this end, Cortado currently hosts more than 6,000 printer drivers and thanks to feedback from over 70,000 users, ensures that drivers are continuously updated and expanded. Alternatively, printing via Bluetooth is also possible.
