With Cortado Corporate Server, smartphone users have mobile access to all network drives, just like from their normal workstation. Cortado Corporate Server supports all directory and file operations, including adding and renaming directories*. In addition, it offers many possibilities for the output of information. Needed documents can be displayed, printed or even faxed without first being downloaded to the smartphone.

Cortado Corporate Server can transform a smartphone into a complete, mobile workstation, virtually eliminating the need for a laptop!  

  • File access*: Access, view, and manage files stored on a corporate drive using a smartphone. Organize files and folders via the cut, copy, paste, rename, create and delete functions. Save files directly to a network drive with "Save As", and retrieve files from the network with "Send as e-mail".

  • Print: Print any document, in original format, to any Bluetooth-enabled or network printer or use the Push Print function to automatically print documents.

  • Fax: Send and create faxes. Send any document to a fax machine or use the short fax templates to create faxes quickly.

  • Present-to-Screen: Present or view documents from the smartphone on a computer screen or projector.
