Start faxing in only three steps!

After registering for the Cortado Premium Services, you will be sent an e-mail with a link to download the necessary software for your handheld device. Installing the software couldn't be easier: Simply open the direct download link with your handheld's browser and the software is automatically installed on your device. Then follow the directions below to send your first fax.

1. Registering Cortado

Open Cortado Fax & Print by clicking on its application.

A registration message opens. Click OK to begin registration. Application details then appear on your display (Privacy Statement); confirm by clicking OK. Choose whether or not this message should be shown at the next startup of the software.

A new window opens with the fax settings. Via OPTIONS > SELECT COUNTRY select the country where your mobile device contract was signed. Save your entry with OPTIONS > SAVE.

This completes the registration and you can now use Cortado. Now and whenever you connect to the Cortado Server, you will be asked if you would like to establish a connection. Click OK and select the access point to be used.

2. Select document

Scroll down to the document that you want to fax. Select FILE > FAX & PRINT under OPTIONS.

3. Faxing

Click FAX in the list of printer types.

Now choose whether you want to enter the fax number manually or select it from your contacts.

If you click FROM CONTACTS, your address book will be displayed. Select the contact you want to send the fax to. When you click SELECT, your document will be sent as a fax.
If you select ENTER MANUALLY instead, you will then be able to enter the fax number manually. When you click OK, your document will be sent as a fax.

Tip! Make sure that the fax number includes the international prefix (+ and the country code).
