Cortado Premium Services for BlackBerry Now with Enhanced Functions

A new and enhanced version of the Cortado Client is now available in connection with the Cortado Premium Services for BlackBerry. In addition to an optimized Cortado Connect file list, the new version provides an automatic fax status report stating the number of pages sent and whether the fax was sent successfully.*

The Cortado Premium Services provide multiple options for mobile access to information and flexible output of documents. With the Cortado Client, BlackBerry users have access to 1 GB of free storage space at Box.net and benefit from additional storage for their documents, images, and music files. The software also allows you to print e-mails and e-mail attachments from the BlackBerry using Bluetooth, forward e-mail attachments as faxes, and to create your own faxes using fax templates and send them.

File list display and range of functions of the Cortado Client were optimized once more in the new software version. Icons in front of the file name in the Cortado Connect file list provide the Premium Services user with a quick and improved overview of his documents and their respective file formats. The new version also provides an automatic transmission report when sending faxes. The user is informed by e-mail of a successful fax transmission as well as the number of pages sent.

*The new version of the Cortado Client requires BlackBerry Firmware v4.2 or higher. The fax transmission report is exclusively available to users installing the software on their device for the first time. Unfortunately, this function cannot be used when updating an earlier version.
