Sales Consultant (m/f) Southern Europe (position based in Berlin, Germany)

We are looking for a high caliber IT professional with a perfect mix of commercial and technical skills. You will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing and ultimately acquiring complex project level opportunities in cooperation with our Channel Partners on site and with our internal Sales Team.

The position will include:

Sales and technical presentation for prospective and/or existing business partners
Technical Support and consulting
Assist in tradeshow preparation and demonstrations
Work closely with the Business Development group

Applicants meeting the following criteria are at a distinct advantage for this role:

Significant experience (3 to 5 years+) in technical sales or proven skills in software sales, project management or a similar type role
Business analysis and consultancy experience
Understanding of how to set up, configure and upgrade a client/server based software solution
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Along with e-mail, phone and webinars, this role will also require you to work extensively with customers and partners across Southern Europe making travel a prerequisite. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Italian, Spanish and English are essential for this position.

Assistant IT Pre-Sales Technician

Location: Bristol
Job type: Permanent

We are searching for a technically competent Pre Sales Technician to join our existing UK team. The position will focus on providing technical assistance to our channel partners, customers and general delivery of pre-sales technical consultancy around our solutions.

Along with email, phone and web-presentation, this role will also require you to work extensively onsite with customers across the UK so travel is a prerequisite. Car maintenance allowance will form part of package.

Desired skills and experience

You should have previous relevant experience in a similar role and your skill-set should include:

Analytical and operational experience of Windows Servers architectures (2003, 2008) and/or Citrix, VMware environment
Active Directory configuration
Work with Exchange Servers, BES and hosted Exchange environment

Any Scripting language experience and/or troubleshooting experience on server and network printing issues are advantageous for this role. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential.
