You can test Cortado MDM for 14 days free of charge and without obligation or payment details. Your trial subscription automatically expires at the end of the trial period. After completing your free trial, you must enter your payment details to your subscription account if you want to continue using Cortado MDM.

Are there any differences between the features in the monthly and annual subscriptions?

Both the monthly and the annual subscription plan provide the complete feature set of Cortado MDM. The subscriptions differ only in their duration and price.

What do I have to do to continue using Cortado MDM after the trial period has expired?

To continue using Cortado MDM after the trial period has expired, please store your payment data in your subscription management. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Go to www.cortado.com and click on the LOG IN button at the top of the page.
2. Log in with your Cortado account.
3. Click on the button MANAGE ACCOUNT in the header of the page.<
4. Click on MY SUBSCRIPTIONS in the menu on the left.
5. Click on PAYMENT METHODS and then add your payment information.
6. Complete your entries by clicking the ADD button.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can conveniently pay by credit card. For some regions, payment by direct debit is additionally offered.

How can I increase or decrease the number of devices within my subscription?

Follow the steps below to change the number of devices within your subscription:

1. Go to www.cortado.com and click on the LOG IN button at the top of the page.
2. Log in with your Cortado account.
3. Click on the MANAGE ACCOUNT button in the page header.
4. Click on MY SUBSCRIPTIONS in the menu on the left.
5. Click on the field with your subscription description and price.
6. You can now adjust the number of devices and, if available, apply a coupon.
7. Then click UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION.

When is the first payment due for my subscription?

You can use Cortado MDM free of charge after placing your order. If you have entered your payment details while ordering or during the trial period, the first charge will be applied after the 14-day trial period has expired. Subsequent charges are made according to the subscription you have chosen (i.e. monthly or yearly).

Do I have to cancel my subscription if I no longer want to use Cortado MDM after the free trial period expires?

If your trial period has already expired, your subscription has been automatically deactivated. To reactivate, go to MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS again, click the field with your subscription description and price, and then click REACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Go to www.cortado.com and click on the REGISTER button at the top of the page.
2. Log in with your Cortado account.
3. Click on the button MANAGE ACCOUNT in the header of the page.
4. Click on MY SUBSCRIPTIONS in the menu on the left.
5. Click the field with your subscription description and price and then click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.

How can I apply a voucher?

To apply a voucher for Cortado MDM, please do the following:

1. Go to www.cortado.com and click on the LOG IN button at the top of the page.
2. Log in with your Cortado account.
3. Click on the button MANAGE ACCOUNT in the header of the page.
4. Click on MY SUBSCRIPTIONS in the menu on the left.
5. Click on the box with your subscription description and price
6. Click EDIT SUBSCRIPTION.
7. Click on the APPLY VOUCHER link and enter your voucher code.
8. Then click UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION.
