Our onboarding service provides a comprehensive introduction to your new MDM solution. In an online session lasting around two hours, our experts guide you through the key features and settings of your MDM system. You receive practical instructions for setting up and using your software and have the opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity on every aspect of your MDM system. This service is designed to help you get started quickly and efficiently and ensure that you can use the full potential of your MDM solution from the start.

At Cortado, we understand how important it is for you to find answers to your questions quickly and effectively. That is why we have developed an extensive Knowledge Base that does exactly that. Whether you are looking for detailed instructions, step-by-step tutorials, or quick solutions to common problems, our Knowledge Base is your first point of contact. Our customer support service is designed to provide reliable, fast assistance at every stage of your MDM use. Depending on your subscription, we offer the following support options:

• Support Services Standard: Support request via ticket system; tickets handled on business days (Monday through Friday) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; responses by email or phone.
• Support Services Priority: Support via ticket system with priority ticket handling and phone support on business days (Monday through Friday) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The fastest and easiest way to get support is to purchase it directly with your licenses or with a license renewal. With the exception of the Basic Plan, all plans include at least Support Services Standard, and you can upgrade to a higher plan with premium support at any time.

Our Consulting Services provide individual consulting to help you get the most from your MDM solution. Whether you want to optimize your MDM strategy, overcome complex challenges, or discover new ways to use it, our expert team is ready to provide professional advice and support you with implementation.

• Remote Consulting: 1 day (8 hours) with an expert from our consulting team – 1,200 euros
• On-Site Consulting: 1 day (8 hours) with an expert from our consulting team at your location, including travel and accommodation costs – 1,500 euros

Additional hourly packages are available from 195 euros per hour (on request).
