Now Including Apple Mobile Device Management
The latest version of Cortado Corporate Server is now available with integrated Apple Mobile Device Management. The solution enables the easy introduction and convenient management of iOS devices within an organization and delivers even higher security standards. A unique advantage: to use this function, enterprise customers do not even need to be a member of the Apple Enterprise Developer program, which is the case with many other iOS MDM solutions.
Flexible Database Queries
Database queries are even more flexible with the latest version. Thanks to the mobile connection to Microsoft Access databases, users of BlackBerry and Android devices can create dynamic queries, for example, sales reports for specific customers, customer numbers, time periods or areas. Inputting current data such as daily values or meter readings before issuing a results report or an invoice is now possible at any time while mobile.
Automatic Document Synchronization*
Thanks to the synchronization function, a central folder in the corporate network can be defined for replication. Files in this folder are transferred to the mobile device and any changes will be automatically synchronized. Mobile users can now be sure that they always have access to the latest presentations, contracts, or brochures locally stored on the device. Vice versa, a local folder on the device can be setup, with any changes being synchronized immediately with the server. This ensures that a company always has the most up-to-date version of a file, even if it was updated by a team member on the road using their mobile device.
Remote Administration From Any Desktop
Cortado Corporate Server can be easily managed from any desktop using the Microsoft management console. A RDP connection is no longer required.
* The synchronization feature is currently available for Android users, iOS and BlackBerry support will follow in the near future.
