Cortado Corporate Server is a client-server solution that provides seamless integration into the BlackBerry Enterprise environment while fulfilling the highest security demands.
The software solution consists of a server component (Cortado Corporate Server) which is installed behind a firewall on the company's network and a client component (Cortado Explorer) which is installed on the user's smartphone.

Printing & Presenting via Cortado Corporate Server:

A document is retrieved from mail or file servers. |

The print job is generated via native application, in original format, and the highly compressed data is sent to the handheld. |

A secure Bluetooth connection is used to print or a USB connection is used to present the document. |

Cortado Corporate Server is secure!
- Client-server solution.
- All communication via secure MDS.
- No external connection for server software.
- Server software only connects to BlackBerry Enterprise Server and mail server.
- Client server only connects to BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
- Access to corporate network via Active Directory, no changes or extensions required.
Cortado Corporate Server is open and scalable:
- Supports virtually any file type available on Microsoft Windows Server Systems.
- Connects to many 3rd party apps and servers.
Additional safety features:
- All servers are located behind secure firewalls.
- A print job is never stored on the BlackBerry smartphone.
- Only “paired” Bluetooth devices are accepted, no accidental printing.
- Bluetooth security can be strengthened by using a longer pairing key.
- File access is secured by password.
- The password can be prevented from storing on the system.
