Thieme Compliance & Cortado Partner to Drive Hospital Digitalization
Cortado and Thieme Compliance have formed a partnership to provide hospitals with coordinated solutions that fulfill the objectives of the German Hospital Future Act (KHZG).
With the Hospital Future Act (KHZG), federal and state governments in Germany are sending a clear signal regarding digitalization in the healthcare sector. Funding is being provided for urgently needed investments in IT equipment for emergency rooms, digital infrastructure, information security, and reliable regional care structures. The KHZG also supports digital documentation. Examples include the complete digital documentation of patient education as preparation for surgical consent under the Patient Rights Act, as well as fully digital patient admissions.
Cortado and Thieme Compliance have forged a partnership to offer hospitals coordinated solutions using E-ConsentPro software and Cortado MDM, designed to implement the goals and intentions of the KHZG.
