Do shared devices work in shift operations?

Yes. Shared handhelds and smartphones show only the apps needed on the job. After the shift, the device can automatically reset to its initial state so the next shift starts cleanly.

What happens if a device has no network connection on the road?

Requirements and apps remain active on the device. Documents and forms can be made available offline. As soon as the device has a connection again, changes and updates are applied automatically.

How is data protection handled?

You decide which functions are active and define which data is collected at all. On personal devices, a separate work area is created; private apps and content remain invisible. Cortado is developed in Germany, hosted in Frankfurt, and operated in accordance with the EU GDPR with a data processing agreement – you also coordinate the use of location functions with the works council.
